Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Maurice was fantastic to work with. I needed someone reliable to fix a shower valve issue for my tenants — he was punctual, professional, and got the job done right the first time. As a landlord, having a plumber I can trust to show up on time and handle things smoothly (without me having to be on-site) makes a huge difference. Highly recommend Maurice for anyone needing quality plumbing work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. New commode works great.
Initially handle was not secure. Very loose, got looser as I jiggled it.
Removed the lid. It was late and I was tired. Tried R and L hand thread with no luck. Called next morning. Was told it was L hand thread. Went back at it and of course it went right on. Tightened the white nut down on the black base, nice and tight and it is solid secure.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful experience with Ralph for my out of town buyers. They wanted to have a sewer scope as part of their home inspection and he was respectful of the current owners property while also getting the buyers the answers they needed.
